By accessing or using ECOMVERSE Study (“the Platform”), owned and operated by ECOMVERSE LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, subscribers, and members who access the Platform, including access to the PinVerse SaaS platform.

2. Description of Services

ECOMVERSE provides educational content, mentorship programs, and software tools designed to help international entrepreneurs:

  • Establish compliant US business entities (LLC, EIN, Bank Accounts)
  • Master Pinterest marketing strategies
  • Access the PinVerse platform, including AI-powered content creation tools
  • Participate in community discussions and live Q&A sessions
  • Receive direct mentorship and 1-on-1 business consultations (depending on plan tier)

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

3.1 Plan Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers: Beginner Track, Full Access, Accelerator, and Founder VIP. Each plan provides different levels of access to content, tools, and mentorship.

3.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

3.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@ecomverse.study for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period or for renewal payments.

4. User Accounts and Access

4.1 Account Creation

To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Sharing

Your account is for individual use only. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All content, materials, tools, templates, courses, and software provided through ECOMVERSE and PinVerse are the exclusive property of ECOMVERSE LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content and tools solely for your personal business purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our content or tools
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code from our software
  • Create derivative works based on our materials
  • Share or sublicense access to your account

6. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

When participating in community discussions, Q&A sessions, or interacting with other members, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and professional in all interactions
  • Not post spam, promotional content, or inappropriate material
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
  • Not share false or misleading information

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the community and account termination.
